Introduction

The organization of every event requires staff, resources and dedication. If all those three elements work correctly, every meeting, workshop, seminar, congress and, in general, every event will turn into a success and will leave everybody, both organizers and participants, with a nice memory.

The General Foundation of the University of Alcalá has a department of event organization available that, since 1998, offers both the university community and other public and private entities, a professional service specialized in the preparation of events in general.
